husband. did a law enforcement officer happen to see the accident on the side of the road. yes, one of the deputies on patrol came upon the accident about 1:45am saturday morning. jenna: they found dale in the car. was he in the driver s seat or the passenger seat. he was in driver s seat. jenna: phou did you know that someone else was in the car with him. when the deputy observed the scene he looked and saw mr. shannon in the driver s seat. as he called for ems and fire to respond he went down to where the car was and he observed tracks in the snow coming from the car up to the road. as he went past he saw the slipper in the snow, and when he got down to the car he could see that there was a pair of shoes, ladies high heels that were in the passenger foot well of the vehicle. both seat backs had been broken, and that gave them the indication that there was in
