Arkansas Public Theatre stages "The Music Man" by Meredith Willson, 8 p.m. Friday-Saturday, Sept. 22-24 and Sept. 29-Oct. 1; 2 p.m. Sept. 18, 25 and Oct. 2 at the Victory Theater in Rogers.
