Good evening. I want to welcome you to this conversation with Alexander Butterfield and bob woodward which will be conducted by my friend and colleague, director of the lbj president ial library. I am director of the center, which is pleased to be cosponsoring this Evenings Program along with the lbj library. Bob woodward, as many of you know, has a special tie to the university of texas.
