Mandate coverage is so far beyond what even the most generous employers offer their employees, including the city of San Francisco, with their own employees. Specifically Hawaiian Airlines and our workforce is highly unionized and we negotiate collective bargaining agreements which are voted upon and approved by employees that include generous wage and benefit packages.
