We have had consultation with our tribes well in advance of any rule. Its been an outreach effort we have undertaking that is, i think, as large as the issue that were trying to tackle. And we look forward to continuing those conversations because in the end what we realize is that one of the Biggest Challenges we face with climate is either too much water or too little water.
