Rooms must close too. Napa county is one of 26 counties that the state is monitoring and one of four in the bay area. Marin, solano and contra costa counties have been ordered to stop the reopenings. Restaurant owners in napa county had a few days morning, but its not the news they wanted to hear. Reporter its tough on them, for sure. For the rest of that this month at least one country restaurants just beginning to hit their stride again have to shut their dining rooms down. We were starting to gain some momentum and things like that. So its unfortunate to put the brakes on again. Reporter fully bays in napa will lose 60 seats indoors and get by with outdoors starting thursday. The owner says he will make up for it by setting timers on everyone.
