Reporter investigators spent much of the day here at the hamill Mill Apartments looking for clues to catch this arsonist. Residents are worried and some are moving out. The string of arsons had firefighters inspecting the hamill Mill Apartments developing an evacuation plan at the building that houses the elderly and disabled. Its the third or fourth time and it doesnt make any sense. Lee is among the 50 or so residents on edge and worried about their safety. The first suspected arson happened in april and since then four more two in the lobby and two in the elevator. It makes me feel nerve yours and scared.
