Across our region. Good evening, im denise nakano. The heat and humidity helped strengthen the storms, and this isnt the end to the heat or storms. An nbc viewer sent this video from blackwood, camden county. There was plenty of this around as the storms rumbled past. [ thunder ] and the rumble of thunder could be heard in camden county. You could see the trees blowing from the strong winds as the area got hit hard tonight. A live look at center city where the made in america festival is going into overtime because of the bad weather. Thousands had to run for cover earlier as the storms moved across the ben franklin parkway.
