I think i have one of the unique opportunities to serve as a political appointee for all the years of president reagan at the department of education and i was very young man at the time but i really was very much a disciple of president reagan and i just love the fact that he was the governor and brought metal of governorship into his role as president and i also had the blessing to be the head of the Transition Team on the way out in 1992 and the Transition Team on the way in in 2000.
