May 20, 2021 CORVALLIS, Ore. – Brandon Kaylor, Jason Shaner, and Ryan Reyes were tabbed National Wrestling Coaches Association (NWCA) Scholar All-Americans, the organization announced Thursday.   The Oregon State wrestling team ranked 26th in the NWCA Team Scholar All-America awards with a 3.25 GPA. This is the program s third time earning the team award and the first time since 2008.   The three wrestlers become the eighth, ninth, and tenth wrestlers in program history to earn the honor, and first since 2016. This is the first honor of their careers for Kaylor, Shaner, and Reyes.   Kaylor, a management major, has a cumulative GPA of 3.33 to earn his first honor. The redshirt sophomore started all nine duals at 125 for OSU, going 9-7 overall. He finished third at the Pac-12 tournament and qualified for his first NCAA Championships.
