Marshawn McNair spoke Tuesday at the sentencing of Ashinay Horton-Starks in Macomb County Circuit Court for the shooting death of Johnice Clark, 26, in June 2021 while both were in separate vehicles near 12 Mile and Schoenherr roads.
WARREN Police investigating a shooting that left a 23-year-old woman dead in June have made an arrest in the case and have now named two more suspects, including the alleged shooter.
