Well, certainly in the most immediate areas, the epicentre of where the typhoon struck in leyte, tacloban, we are seeing a flood of International Relief come in here at the cebu air force base. Thats been taken straight to tacloban, where its being distributed. What we are getting now is a bulge effect. More is coming in, it hits these areas and bulges out into the more remote areas, which then goes into a trickle. We have seen the u. S.
