One person is dead and two other injured after a shootout in north philadelphia bullets ear represented after midnight on the 3100 block of north sixth street. The person who died was found near the intersection of sixth and clearfield streets and they had been shot multiple times. Two guns and more than two dozen shell casings were found at that scene. The two other victims are currently in stable condition. Police are still working to find out if these zoo two shooting victims are connected to the murder. And also breaking this morning building inspectors are keeping an eye on homes connected to one that partially collapsed. The facade came crashing down overnight on the 1400 block of b bevere street. The city put up a presence around the property because it had been in bad shape for some sometime. This is a 67 accident activity of the man police are looking for. Investig between 21 and 25 years old about fiveseven to five10 and 160 pounds. He has brown hair and a narrow strip of hair on his chin. The attack took place around 5 30 in fishtown as the 22yearold victim was walking along the 2000 block of east york street. Male was on foot. He pointed a gun at her. He forced her to go into a minivan. Reporter he then drove her to an unknown location and sexually assaulted her at gun point. Police say she was in the minivan for at least an hour before being dropped at almond and boston. The suspectslily 90s dodge or chrysler minivan was caught on Surveillance Video. Whats unique is she said inside the minivan the rear seats, the rear seats had been removed. The family doubleparked their car outside their home on the 5400 block of haverford avenue. Aniya and her Little Sisters were in the back seat. Police say it appears the family wasnt moving fast enough for the driver of a black sedan who fired one shot that will bullet struck aniya in the head. I dont want anybody think it was minor. This is a serious incident. She still is in pain. She could have died. Shes eight years old. She didnt deserve it. She didnt. Is shes a good child. Police believe two people were in that black sedan. There are disturbing reports emerging about just how premeditated andreas lubitzs actions were on the day he flew that plane into the french alps killing all 150 people on board. Sources say the 27yearold may have practiced descending on another flight the same day as the crash. Now, there is a report out due out today that outline these recent finding. That report is expected to talk about lubitz flying to barcelona the same day as the crash on an earlier flight and conducted a controlled dissent that lasted for minutes and for which there was no aeronautical justification. Lubitz suffered from severe depression in the past and a computer found in his home shows he searched ways of committing suicide in the days leading up to the crash. Prosecutors found torn up sick notes at his home showing he should not have flown the day of the fatal flight. Prosecutors claim jason smith of levittown bucks county got into an argument with Melissa Ketunuti at her center city home in 2013. She had hired the exterminator to do work at her residence.
