India News: The Centre and state governments are pushing for the sub-classification of the SC quota to ensure a fair distribution of reservation benefits. This article discusses the arguments presented in support of sub-classification by the Attorney General and Solicitor General.
The government said this in response to a petition which sought the court’s intervention to ensure reservation for SCs, STs and OBCs in temporary appointments.
Do most not realise the injustice and tyranny hidden within the social structure which makes some the owners of merit by robbing others of their merit? Perhaps they know it well and want this situation to continue.
