Savannah Brann, who is out on bail, is charged with aggravated assault, assault on a child less than six years old, and endangering the welfare of a child. A judge read Brann her charges on Monday in court. No plea was entered during the initial appearance and no date has been set for Brann s next appearance.

The owner of Lil Beans Daycare, Savannah Brann, says she put 20-month-old Raegan Blagdon down for a nap and a couple hours later Raegan was found facedown under a pillow, not breathing. A report says the baby suffered asphyxia, possibly because the blanket she was wrapped in was too tight. Raegan is now in recovery and learning to walk all over again. She is also now partially blind. Brann faces aggravated assault and endangering the welfare of a child.

Diana Camacho was arrested at approximately 4:45 p.m. Tuesday after she turned herself in to authorities, the Hudson County Prosecutor’s Office said in a statement released Thursday. She was charged with endangering the welfare of a child.  Prosecutors accused Camacho of abusing a 9-month old girl that was under her care when she was still an employee at Kiddie Academy of Hoboken, according to the statement.
