Update: Tulsa Police have identified the victim as 18-year-old Kourtland McFrazier.
Tulsa Police say they are looking for the man accused of shooting and killing another man near 71st and Riverside early Wednesday morning.
TPD said that just after midnight, officers were called to the Savanna Landing apartment complex for a shooting.
Police say when they arrived they found a man with two gunshot wounds to the head lying on the ground near a fence that wraps around the property.
Police told News On 6 that the victim was breathing when they arrived but he died from his injuries on the way to the hospital. They say the man did not have any ID on him so they are still working to find out who he is.

Suspect In Custody After Shooting With Tulsa Police; Bystander Hit By Bullet
Tulsa Police have confirmed that a suspect is in custody after an altercation with officers.
According to police, 29-year-old Edward Madden approached a contractor at the Savanna Landing apartment complex on East 60th St. Police say Madden pointed a gun at the contractor who tried to run away and eventually found a police officer.
More officers arrived and ordered Madden to put down his gun, but police say he refused. TPD says officers fired at Madden, hitting him in the hip. Police say Madden also fired in the exchange and a bystander was grazed by one of his bullets.
