tZERO Joins Forces With EnergyFunders to Digitize & Trade $25 Million of Securities in New Yield Fund I

NASDAQ:OSTK), announced on Thursday it has teamed up with has signed an agreement with EnergyFunders, an energy projects funding platform, to digitize approximately $25 million of equity interest in EnergyFunders’ Yield Fund I, which is considered the company’s largest fund to-date that will invest in oil and gas assets throughout the U.S.
tZERO reported the digital security will use its smart contract technology and will be built on the Ethereum Blockchain.

tZERO, a provider of blockchain innovation and liquidity for digital assets, announced today subsidiary tZERO ATS, a FINRA member broker-dealer that operates an alternative trading system (ATS), has partnered with Earn.re (Earn), a commercial real estate tokenization and finance platform.
This partnership will enable Earn’s network of U.S.-based commercial property issuers to elect to provide secondary liquidity for their digital securities on tZERO ATS. This is subject to tZERO ATS’s due diligence of the individual securities, applicable regulatory requirements, and any required technology integrations.
tZERo ATS, Realio Ink Tokenization Deal
tZERO announced this week its subsidiary, tZERO ATS, a FINRA member broker-dealer that operates an alternative trading system (ATS), has signed an agreement with Realio, a technology ecosystem for institutional-grade digital assets. This partnership will connect Realio’s global network of real estate and private equity issuers, with an existing pipeline of over $300 million in assets to be tokenized, to the tZERO ATS, enabling issuers to elect to provide secondary trading for their digital securities. This is subject to tZERO ATS’s due diligence and applicable regulatory requirements.
“Our goal is to increase tZERO’s exposure to high-quality, digitized assets that are interested in a path to secondary trading,” tZERO CEO Saum Noursalehi said. “Today’s announcement is a step forward in achieving this goal. We look forward to working with Realio to connect with its pipeline of issuers seeking to trade on a regulated platform.�
