Satvo Guna (mode of goodness), Rajo Guna (mode of passion) or Tamo Guna (mode of darkness). He elucidated that a person who is free from Rajo Guna cannot start any new enterprise or project. Maintenance of anything that has been created – animate or inanimate - is not possible without Satvo Guna, and destruction or putting an end to an event or activity requires Tamo Guna.
