Kuwaitâs UEC leads $4.1 million Series B round in India-based Eupheus
Eupheus Learning, a Delhi based leading B2B edtech company has raised $4.1 million in Series B funding round led by United Education Company (UEC); Kuwait’s leading company in the education sector and Al Rayan Holding Company (ARHC) in which UEC holds a majority stake.
Eupheus will use the new capital for organic expansion in domestic markets largely in home learning solutions leveraging on creating depth in customer acquisition through its school ecosystem.
International expansion will be a focus area starting with the Middle East and foraying into other markets like Sri Lanka and Bangladesh. The company will also pursue inorganic growth opportunities through acquisitions.

BENGALURU: Edtech startup Eupheus Learning has raised $4.1 million in a Series B funding round, led by Kuwait-based United Education Company (UEC) and Al Rayan Holding Company (ARHC) in which UEC holds a majority stake.
Last year, the four-year old, Delhi-based firm raised $4.3 million in equity and debt funding led by Yuj Ventures, the family office of Sid Yog, founding partner of The Xander Group.
