PIL in Delhi HC seeks directions for affordable health services for home isolated COVID patients ANI | Updated: Apr 30, 2021 12:34 IST By Sushil Batra New Delhi [India], April 30 (ANI): A Public Interest Litigation (PIL) has been moved in Delhi High Court seeking directions for framing guidelines for affording health services including oxygen cylinders, medical consultations, injections, testing and plasma therapy to home bound patients and who have been denied admission in hospitals due to unavailability beds. The plea was listed for hearing on Friday before the bench of Justice DN Patel and Justice Jasmeet Singh but the bench did not assemble so the matter is likely to be heard by the bench of Justice Vipin Sanghi and Justice Rekha Palko, who is already examining the various petitions related to shortage of oxygen supply, drugs and beds.
