New Delhi [India], May 20 (ANI): As many as 150 GPS-based ventilator beds from the PM CARES Fund were added to the Sardar Patel Covid Care Centre (SPCCC), Radha Soami Beas at Chhatarpur in Delhi, informed the Indo-Tibetan Border Police (ITBP) on Thursday.

New Delhi [India], May 15 (ANI): The Indo-Tibetan Border Police (ITBP) stress counsellors on Saturday conducted yoga session at Sardar Patel Covid Care Center and Hospital at Radha Soami Satsang Beas in Chhatarpur here.
The session witnessed active voluntary participation from the patients.
At present, the Centre is managing over 300 COVID-19 patients on oxygen support.
More than 300 patients on oxygen supported beds are being treated at the centre by ITBP.

For three days, Goldi Patel, 25, went from hospital to hospital in New Delhi s oppressive summer heat, frantically trying to find one that would keep her husband breathing.
Four hospitals turned away Patel, who is seven months pregnant with the couple s first child, before she finally found one that would take him.
But the level of care at Sardar Patel Covid Care Centre and Hospital, a makeshift pandemic facility on the outskirts of the capital, is so lacking that her husband is begging to leave.

The Sardar Patel Covid Care Center (SPCCC) - a facility jointly run by the Indo Tibetan Border Police (ITBP) and the Delhi government - was restarted with 500-oxygen beds on April 26 to caters to mild and moderate patients of COVID-19 after it was discontinued on February 23.

As Delhi continued to gasp for oxygen and medical facilities, the Prime Minister s Office (PMO) asked the Union Health Ministry to allot 150 ventilators purchased from the PM-CARES fund to a COVID-19 center jointly run by the Indo Tibetan Border Police (ITBP) and the Delhi government in South Delhi.

New Delhi [India], April 26 (ANI): The first COVID-19patient arrived in an ambulance at the Sardar Patel Covid Care Center (SPCCC), Radha Soami Beas in New Delhi on Monday morning.
Run by the Indo-Tibetan Border Police (ITBP), the center started operations earlier in the day with the admissions of patients.
The Ministry of Home Affairs had last week designated the border police force as the nodal agency for operations of the 500 oxygenated beds-COVID facility in Chhattarpur.
