NSW MP John Sidoti admitted he might have signed off emails in his motherâs name as part of his efforts to push planning law changes benefiting his family.
The former Berejiklian government member faced the Independent Commission Against Corruption for the third day on Thursday.

He is under investigation for potentially using his position as an MP to influence Canada Bay Council officials in property dealings between 2011 and 2018.
Mr Sidoti quit the Liberal Party earlier this year to avoid being a âdistractionâ when the ICAC announced the public inquiry.
