In santa rosa where we have clear skies. Look at the stratus back off the north bay this morning but marching locally inland 60 miles toward the trivalley. We are saturated in overcast conditions all the way south to morgan hill. Calm winds now in san jose. 6 in oakland. And onshore pushhhh in San Francisco. Thats a westerly at 7. 11 antioch.
