A 20-year-old man was arrested in Koraput district for allegedly kidnapping and raping a minor girl. The accused was identified as Santosh Sarangi. The girl was rescued and handed over to her family. The man has been arrested under the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (Pocso) Act.
