Reporter they say gusty winds expected to peak overnight are to blame for the latest round of outages. Utility wants more shutoffs could be coming this weekend. Good evening. Right now about 178,000 customers in 15 different counties are without power. Pg e said the number of customers will be losing power in san mateo and kern counties starting at 1 am. More than 400,000 people across Northern California. Most of them and the sierra foothills. In napa county about 7700 customers are affected.
