Scene. Reporter Menlo Park Police will be out here quite a while. The bodies of the victims are still out here. Ill step aside to get a better look at the scene. 54yearold marjorie from redwood city will be facing charges of two counts of gross vehicular manslaughter while intoxicated. As well as two counts of felony dui. This crash happened a little before 7 00. Officers say a man and woman in their 50s were walking the dog west of constitution when the car allegedly hit and killed them. Police are looking into how fast she was driving, but both victims were hit from behind. Officers say the car then went over the Center Divide and hit another car. Four people inside that car were not hurt. Investigators say it will be a few weeks before we find out how much alcohol was in this drivers system. Rightsell was taken to stanford hospital. Once shes released, she will two to jail. The victims dog was taken to an Animal Hospital are minor injuries. Its a Commercial Area with many businesses
Gathering in Oakland Holding a rally to mark two years since that movement officially started. Right now theyre out in front of the Marriott Hotel located on 11th and broadway. Not only to try to draw attention to their movement, and also to protest. Christie, i guess the question is whats happening out there right now . Good morning to you. Right now the demonstrators are having a little press conference across the street, but i have to say this group has grown quite a bit within the last 30 minutes or so. Theyre right across the street in front of the Marriott Oakland convention center. The day of protests will go into the evening where clashes with police have spun out of control before. Inside the Marriott Hotel police and First Responders have come from across the country for training exercises. Outside freethrowsers say they would have gotten there, but theyre now looking more like special operations forces. Its called urban shield. Deputies say its really vital training for natu

Good afternoon, im tori campbell. Right now a crowd made up mostly of students from santa rosa gathering for what they call a march for justice. Mike mibach is there and joins us live to explain why they are outraged. Good afternoon. Reporter good afternoon. 200 plus students you can say are starting to march in the downtown santa rosa area. They started to march a couple of minutes ago. For the past hour or so theyve rallied outside of Santa Rosa City hall. The focus as they says is justice for andy. Its kind of sad that one of our students died for, like, nothing. It was just a mistake. They shouldnt have done that. Were feeling all sad, mad, angry. Our emotions are mixed right now. He was a good friend. He didnt he was nice to everybody, always smiling. Reporter they are talking about andy, andy lopez, the 13yearold shot and killed by a Snohomish County sheriffs deputy tuesday. Police say he had an air soft toy rifle, that caught the attention of the deputy that shot him seven times
