Courtroom at 1 30 today. The lawsuit seeks millions of dollars for stow from the dodgers and former owner frank mccourt. Stow was left with severe brain damage following an attack on the dodgers Stadium Parking lot after the 2011 opening day game between the giants and dodgers. His attorneys say the dodgers owners are responsible for the beating because of a lack of security in and around the ballpark. The dodgers attorney said the blame is solely on the two men who beat stow.
