A lot of people saying we have to eat dinner outside today. How is the weather going to look for us . Its going to be nice, but windy at times. Were starting out cool this morning. But it will be all clear today and we are going to see some frosty conditions in some of the valleys, especially going into the weekend. But next week theres still no rain in the forecast and if you will be having dinner outside today, lets head to napa. Well see our temperatures for this afternoon reaching into the mid 60s so its going to be perfect temperature wise. But those winds will be kicking up and at times when they see the gusts over 30 Miles Per Hour and then cooling

Well have people out in the elements trying to stay dry with their umbrellas. And on the 23rd avenue exit from northbound, a lot of standing water causing slowdowns and traffic. Now emergency crews spent the day responding to dozens of crashes on bay area roadways. Road flairs, flashing lights were caught. Nonstop calls and responding to 100 accidents. As the rain continues, we may see problems in the morning commute tomorrow. The rone ert Park Department of Public Safety says scammers are posing as pg e workers and threaten to disconnect utility pole unless an immediate payment is made. Officials say the scammers can make caller i. D. Numbers look like legitimate pg e phone numbers, and the thieves often ask for prepaid cash cards. Which pg e says it never does. Officials say if you get a call like that, and you have any doubt that it is real, hang up the phone, then call the Pg E Customer Service number, you can see it on your screen right here, or call the police. Time is 4 31. The San Francisco Fire Department is under investigation, by the state because of allegations that it allowed a group of paramedics to work without the proper credentials. Santa cruz mountains you could see a little filtering through. Not much. 30s, 40s and 40s on the temps. The easterly breeze brings the fog back. Look for a cloudy day. I want to let you know that the best way around to get away from the shooting area and to get back to 380 is reconnect with 280 by using 380. Right now this is the area to avoid. Southbound 280 just past 101 and alameda boulevard. Lets talk about the commutes. Today will be a better than usual commute. We dont see a lot of clog across the altamont pass. Maybe a little bit.
