Several months after the application first came before the Planning Board, a proposal for a seven-lot subdivision on Barrett Hill Road in Wilton was continued again Wednesday due to lingering questions, but the board did take the first step by.
The Wilton Zoning Board of Adjustment unanimously gave approval for a special exception to allow a driveway to cross a wetland, which opens the door for the subdivision of a 45-acre parcel on Barrett Hill Road.The parcel is proposed to be subdivided.
The Greenville Planning Board reviewed plans Thursday to amend the approved 55-unit Barton’s Ridge development on Pleasant Street by moving two of the units for ease of building, but ultimately continued the hearing, asking for additional information.
