Monadnock Ledger-Transcript Published: 6/9/2021 4:11:39 PM A request to remove gravel on a construction lot on Isaac Frye Highway was continued without discussion on Tuesday, at the request of the applicant. Isaac Frye Holdings LLC and applicant Kenneth Lehtonen have requested two variances to allow gravel excavation at the site, incidental to the construction of a single family home. Gravel excavation was initially started on the site without town approval, despite the lot not being in the gravel extrication zone, prompting a cease and desist order, and the variances were subsequently sought. Abutters to the property have registered their protests to allowing the continued removal of gravel.
