The judge candidly said that even if parties conclude submissions, the court will not be in a position to render the judgment soon considering regular court will be unavailable during Diwali vacations starting next week.
The chargesheet running into 5 volumes was filed last week and after taking cognizance of the same, special court issued summons to Raut who appeared before the Court today from judicial custody.
Raut who is presently in judicial custody, is likely to mention the plea before the Special Court under the Prevention of Money Laundering Act (PMLA) tomorrow.
