RiverPort Commerce Park lands 1st tenant
RiverPort Commerce Park in Hardeeville will soon have its first tenant, officials said last week.
SouthernCarolina Regional Development Alliance officials told Jasper County Council that Home Depot plans to occupy 50,000 square feet of Building One in the park just off Interstate 95 on U.S. 17. The building has a total of 150,000 square feet. RiverPort, after many decades, is coming out of the ground and we are excited tonight to share they have secured their first tenant, Home Depot, said Sandy Steele, the alliance’s director of operations.
When asked about Home Depot’s plans for RiverPort, a company spokesperson said the facility is part of our strategic investment in our supply chain network to offer same day/next day delivery to 90 percent of the United States.
