I am very confident that I am not the only one who has or had a problem with receiving mail several days late, and perhaps, even many days longer for the past several months. There doesnât seem to be any problem, however, with receiving junk mail. My niece, who lives in Frederick, Md., sent me a Christmas card which was postmarked Dec. 23 in Baltimore and wasnât delivered to me until two weeks after Christmas. She told me she received my Christmas card three weeks after Christmas! Just recently, I sent a letter to a friend in the township, who lives only a quarter of a mile away, that didnât arrive until nine days later! The envelope was postmarked in Philadelphia!
