Construction of the new Adventure Playground on Quaker Meetinghouse Road in Sandwich is set to begin next week and might be complete as early as next month.
The Sandwich Recreation Department is seeking funding to replace the Adventure Playground with recreational equipment that would appeal to people of all ages, from toddlers to adults.
