Now its shifting eastward, walnut creek and san ramone, pockets of heavy rain and larger pockets farther east towards antioch and discovery bay. Right around san mateo, were seeing a line of steady, heavy rain moving on shore, as well. Ace train from the Alameda Creek. 214 were aboard a san jose base train heading to stockton. We will go to video now around 7 30 thats when the train traveling 35 Miles Per Hour in a 40 Miles Per Hour zone collided with a tree and a mudslide.
