The San Francisco water power, Sewer Department step you see just wrapped up the will wanna area storm water improvement project. That cost was 29 Million Dollars. The project included upgrading sewer pipes along 25 blocks and adding a major storm water tunnel. The pipe that ruptured out here we have been told was not replaced in the project. This that ruptured dates back to the 1940s. This landslide is next to several homes, including one that was currently putting in a large retaining wall to shore up its foundation. Oakland fire first reported the crash about 5 oclock tonight in the area. 54th and international boulevard. The bus was traveling northbound on international with the driver and 11 passengers. According to ac transit, a chrysler 300 was speeding down international when it first collided with a toyota prius. That crash caused the chrysler to jump the Center Median and collide with a bus heado
