The quicksilver swim is a private youth Swimming Organization that operates out of Gunderson High School in south san jose. Nguyen was the assistant coach. It is a black honda hit by a chrysler. The driver of the honda rear ended a crane. It was driving to a construction site. That scene was stabilized. And the chrysler hit the honda.
