Looks like moderate to borderline heavy and then still scattered rain for San Francisco, extending across at least approaching oakland and haywood. This has been an issue every time weve seen big storms this winter. Caltrans has been out all day. Trying to pump the water off the highway. All lanes are closed in the westbound direction from atherton avenue to highway 101. One of two eastound lanes is open in that area. Caltrans is working to prevent futher flooding on that stretch of roadway. No word yet on when highway 37 will reopen. And likely not soon.
