One of our abc 7 crews caught this, a man moving around, maybe dancing on top of his pickup truck with a crowbar on hand and it got our attention and the attention of chp, who had followed him for about 45 minutes as he waved around this crowbar like he was a drum major with a baton. This mornings pursuit began in berkeley. Abc7 news was there as a man pulled his truck over to the median of interstate 80, stood on top of it and waved a crowbar wildly as the morning commute moved past him. Then this turns into a chase.
