Dispatch. Two two officers showed up. They went to wake up the driver and both were standing on the drivers side. I depth hearing them say put the car in park. Put the car in park. I could the reverse lights go on and off, on and off. As they checked on his well being to see if he needed medical attention, the driver started to wake up, quickly put the car in reverse, knocking both officers down. Reporter but one of the officers was more than knocked down. All of a sudden the guy just reversed and kind of tracked the officers for a little bit. One of them was caught by the vehicle and was dragged about 10 to 15 feet. He was not run over, but he certainly was dragged. I was really scared for them.
