It broke out inside a building along east 14th street near georgia way near the oakland border. The fire quickly spread to businesses next door including a popular san leandro jamaican restaurant called sweet fingers. The fire alarm grew quickly to three alarms. It was challenging, they say. They had a lot of obstacles in the building and a lot of combustibles in the building, a heavy fire load, so the fire rapidly expanded on them and
