The Liberty ISD Education Foundation is pleased to announce this year’s grant winners. Seven grants were awarded in this cycle to teachers for all 4 LISD campuses. These grants are funded through contributions to the Liberty ISD Education Foundation by individual donors, businesses, corporations and community service organizations as well as through profits from our fundraising events. This year’s seven grants total $28,555.02. Since 2007, the total is $255,268!

SAN ANGELO, TX – San Angelo Independent School District officials Tuesday confirmed nine new Covid-19 cases in the district.
According to the district s website, there are three new staff members and six new students infected with Covid.
The staff members are from Lincoln and Glenn Middle Schools and San Jacinto Elementary School.
There are two students who attend Lake View High School, two who attend Central High School and one each who attend Central on Oaks and Santa Rita Elementary School.
There are 55 active Covid cases in the SAISD.
All San Angelo ISD High School students will have an early release at 1:30 p.m. on Thursday Dec. 17, 2020. The winter break begins with an early release for all students on Friday Dec. 18, 2020. The release times are as follows:
