Still inside. Rick, what are witnesses there telling you right now . Reporter well, we are hearing from witnesses and police asking the witnesses more to speak up at this hour. They are saying if you saw this happen or saw anything before this went down, speak up at this hour, because they need to find this possible shooter or shooters before they have a chance to strike again. A guy came in saying, oh, they are shooting outside. And um, he was holding his baby and then he was just like panicking. Reporter a triple shooting that left two people dead in a East San Jose restaurant. We have multiple shots fired at the scene. Which resulted in three victims being struck by at least one round each. Reporter witnesses say a gunman walked in to the restaurant and began shooting. Three men were shot, two killed on the scene and one hospitalized with injuries. Around 8 in the morning on tuesday, the San Rafael Fire Department responded here to Mountain View avenue on reports of a tree that was about to fall. Upon arrival they discovered that a mudslide had completely destroyed this home. The slide apparently happened slowly over several hours and the family that lives in the house was able to get out safely. Neighbors passing by through out the day were stunned. Sot its unbelievable. It humbles yah. Sotits devastatingsot houses can be rebuilt. There just glass and wood and stuff. Sotim just glad everyone is ok. In addition to destroying this home, the mudslide also continues to threaten the homes on either side. Both have been red tagged by the city and are considered uninhabitable. One home has already suffered some damage and the other has several feet of mud in the back yard. Tonight three out of four lanes of highway 17 are closed.
