We take it very seriously and its a big commitment and i work in a group that does nothing but Affordable Housing everyday of the week and were putting up big numbers. I know we should put up bigger numbers but just to give you a sense we have a billion dollars to Affordable Housing in the bay area that covered about 42 developments and were finances six new projects here in the city right now. About 400 minute yu 400 million. We got a new one from don yesterday. Were hoping to do a lot more in the city and a billion dollars has been committed through 2025 for grants, which is a big deal. Were happy to see that and yes, wore thrilled to be involved in big projects like this. I have been a longtime San Francisco residents and im a homeowner here and its just extra special to attend things like this in my backyard. There is slight increases in expenditures, about 2 at zuckerberg, but at the clinics, there is about 16 jump, primarily because we had Maxine Hall Health Center with a bid that came within budget. That is why its jumping from 20 in march to 36 currently. I hope you can see some of this detail. Sorry. I was going to do [laughter] 11 by 17 and my printer got crazy. But let me tell you about the framework that we have here. And what id like to do is have terry salts from zuckerberg and talk about how the team has been able to navigate a lot of risk on the project. This represents bringing both programs at zuckerberg and the clinics into black in terms of budget balancing. So on the chart, what we did, we broke the projects so that you could see basically most of the money that zuckerberg is going into clinical. Thats the bulk of the money. Then as you move down, we have categories for infrastructure, seismic, et cetera. So you can see where the variations are happening. O

If you turn to page 2, youll see the total number of covered members, so this is both retirees and dependents, early retirees on the left, medicare on the right. You can see its not a great abundance of population, but certainly members who appreciate the ability to elect these plans. And youll also see the 2020 rate change actions, which range anywhere from a reduction of 4. 5 to increase of 5. 7 among the rate renewals, three regions times two population sets. So in total, a very favorable rerenewable position by kaiser on these plans for 2020. Page 3, just reminds that these plans were introduced in 2018. As an option for retirees living in the regions. Page 4, the figures that i just reviewed add up to a 1. 2 decrease overall for early retirees across the totality of the three regions and a 3. 2 increase for medicar
Have anywhere between 40500 volunteers that we, back in, they get tshirts, nametags, maps, and all the information they need to have a successful event. Our participant escorts are a core part of our group, and they are the ones who help participants flow from the Different Service areas and help them find the Different Services that they needs. One of the ways we work closely with the department of homelessness and Supportive Housing is by working with Homeless Outreach teams. They come here, and these are the people that help you get into navigation centers, help you get into shortterm shelter, and talk about housing1st policies. We also work very closely with the department of Public Health to provide a lot of our services. We have all types of things that volunteers deal do on a day of service. We have folks that help give out lunches in the cafe, we have folks who help with the check in, getting people when they arrive, making sure that they find the services that they need to, we
