It starts tonight and its going to last through wednesday because its going to get so hot over the next couple of days. And its especially going to be in effect. Coastal areas will be in for a little bit of a cool down, which is nice to see at least relieved somewhere. Looking at san jose, youre going to be up to 88 degrees for your high today. So just as warm as yesterday was under those sunshiny skies, we are seeing much more relaxed winds this morning. Actually quite calm. Now its 6 Alameda County is apparently suffering a shortage of Health Inspectors allowing some restaurants to go at least a year without being checked out. The Health Department ended up shutting that restaurant down. But as kron 4 lezla gooden found out this county is understaffed and appears to be falling behind in inspections. Now the coast, you do get a little bit of relief today and you can see at the golden gate bridge. We did have fog there earlier. It is burned off now. It was a very shallow marine layer that pushed in. Were going to have increased marine layer tomorrow and even more so come sunday and that will start to bring relief at least the dry offshore wind is really calm down. Temperatures are comfortable for now. A lot of 60s out there, concord at 67 hayward, 68 berkeley, oakland at 63 degrees right now. Believe it or not, this is actually a good amount cooler than where we were yesterday at this point, anyways, specially closer to the coastline.
