In addition the completion of the museum will increase Economic Activity and associated revenue from the patrons and visitors to the museum and benefits would be passed on to the amenities which includes the city and county of San Francisco. In terms of next steps both the amendment of the Grant Agreement and the transfer of the grant to the city are subject to the review and approval of the Oversight Board to determine if the acts are in the best interest.
