The All-Women Air India cockpit crew, led by Captain Zoyal Aggarwal, has set a new milestone in the history of the Indian aviation industry with the inaugural San Francisco-Bengaluru flight, crossing the North Pole and taking the Atlantic route to Karnataka capital at the other end of the world.
Captain Aggarwal was joined by Captain Papagari Thanmai, Captain Akansha Sonaware and Captain Shivani Manhas in the cockpit .
Flight AI176, which departed from San Francisco at 8:30 pm (local time) on Saturday, landed at Bengaluru Airport at 3:45 am (local time) on Monday.
