Punjab: 2 drug peddlers held, 505 gms heroin seized
Shahkot, May 17 (UNI) The Shahkot police have arrested two drug peddlers, including a foreign woman, on the charges of selling heroin.
Station House Officer (SHO) Surinder Kumar Kamboj said that the accused have been identified as Elizabeth alias Liz, a citizen of Kenya and presently living in New Delhi and Sammi Kapur, a resident of Najafgarh, South Delhi.
The SHO said that 505 grams heroin was recovered from their possession, adding that the accused were travelling in a car.
He said a case under sections 21(C) /61/85 of the NDPS Act has been registered against the accused and their car has been impounded.

SHO said a case under sections 21(C) /61/85 of the NDPS Act has been registered against the accused and impounded their car. The accused were produced in a court which remanded them to police custody for two days.
