Right now police are still conducting interviews and are not releasing any possible leads into the investigation. But police say the shooting that happened in the complex behind me was not a random act. Act. On tuesday night 25 year old Joseph Perkins was killed at the cedar valley townhouses perkins actually lived in chicago. The other person shot on tuesday was hit in the leg but did survive.
