New Delhi: In the pandemic-scarred 2020, salaried employees who retained their jobs did not anticipate salary hikes and bonuses yet a very small proportion of companies did.
However, this might change in 2021 as 60% companies want to give salary hikes and bonus payouts. Out of employers surveyed, 30% are still mulling to whether to extend the benefits to their workforce.
